X16 emulator works on Apple Silicon Macs

Just a quick FYI: I just fired up rev 38 of the emulator on my M1 MacBook Air and it seems to be working.

They have some experience in dynamic instruction set translation. They did it for the transition from 68K to PPC, and again from PPC to Intel.

What might be interesting would be to see if there's a significant performance boost by building r38 in xCode as a native Apple Silicon application, and comparing it to the Intel version running in translation.
