I have previously posted the X16speed program on discord, but now it is updated so it should be able to correctly guess the speed of the Commander X16 from 1 to 20 MHz.
The emulator speed can be set with the -mhz option and soon the web emulator will be able to set the speed by appending &mhz=xx to the address line.
