ROMTerm fix

I think we've finally squashed one of the biggest bugs in the terminal program, which was causing inbound characters to be dropped when typing on the keyboard. This had a detrimental effect when using things like advanced ANSI editors or ANSI based games. I've uploaded a new version of the terminal in the file section, and here as well. Anyone who has a serial card, I would like you to try it out and report back.
