Howdy.
First personal computer: VIC-20
No cassette player for several months, hand wrote my programmed efforts. Cassette obtained around Christmas time and suddenly cassette tapes were valuable assets. Now I wrote the "counter" indexes on paper so I could find my desired program, fast forward to the general spot on the tape, and LOAD.
Ah, the good 'ole days!

Nowadays I am an in-house developer for a medium sized Service-Industry business, spending a lot of time in React and React Native (JavaScript).

On the side right now I am enjoying some THINK Pascal game programming on the BasilliskII emulator running MacOS 7.5.
Now that I just stumbled upon this X16 project, I have ordered up a developer unit, some C64 programming books, and have found yet another retro distraction to play with!

And loving it all.
