As mentioned
last week, I made a minimalist laser cut X16 Developer Edition case. I will be releasing some of the files so folks that have a laser cutter can make their own soon (likely under a CC non commercial license). In the meantime and for folks that do not have access to a laser cutter or 3D printer, I have put the case up for sale on my Eurorack store here:
https://www.bitbybitsynths.com/shop/com ... -cut-case/
Comes with everything you need to make the case (of course you need to supply your own X16 Developer Edition
)

Nice. I just put in an order for the top-of-the-line version with vertical orientation. Oh, BTW, when I clicked on "Products/Retro", only the Otter case showed up. Thought you'd want to know. My only quibble is you don't support PayPal.

Oh thanks for the heads up! Looks like that was a caching issue and I didn't think to check the store in a private window. Fixed! Also thanks for the order!

Have you considered adding PayPal to your payment options?

Yep, I actually can do PP by request or if I'm doing something super custom. I use WooCommerce (like Kevin does for Texelec.com) and have had the best experience with their standard plugin (WooPayments), which integrates through Stripe as I recall. Keeps the experience rather elegant though I might be able to add PP. As I recall it's not quite as streamlined which is why I haven't gotten around to it.

Just got the note about my order being shipped...Woo hoo!
Just a thought: Make the tracking # clickable, or at least provide a link where it can be dropped in. Not everybody may be familiar with how that works.
Looking forward to the new arrival.

Ah I can look into that. Enjoy the case! Of note I don't (yet) have instructions but it goes together in a fairly straightforward way though if you have questions let me know! I wanted to get all these orders out ASAP so wasn't able to use one to take assembly photos but I'll be doing that at some point soon.

No prob..hopefully.
If you'd like, I can take a shot of doing the assembly instructions. I have some prior experience in that sort of thing.

That'd be aces! But don't feel obligated. That's something I shoulda done when I built the first prototype so that's on me.

True. However, !@#$ happens.
Is there a particular format/style your looking for?
