Hi, guys! I'm a fellow lifelong geek from the San Diego region.

I've grown up with Commodore computers, and I currently work as a software engineer for a supplier of government and public safety products. (aka "You can outrun the motor, but you can't outrun the...)

I've been a computer enthusiast since I discovered the Commodore VIC-20 at 11 years old. That fateful day changed my life forever, and set me down the path to where I am today.

I currently enjoy several vintage and retro computers, including my early "PET Keys" VIC-20, several C64s (a vanilla 64C, Reloaded, and Ultimate 64), C128, and now a pair of Amiga 500s. (one will be stock, except for a Gotek, and the other will be modded with a 68020 CPU, network, and CF reader. I've also got several Altair 8800 emulations, including the Altairduino (3, actually), and Altair Clone. i don't have the cheese to get a real Altair 8800, so my emulated machines will have to do.

Regarding the Commander, I'm planning on porting the classic Mayfield Star Trek game, along with my own Space Trader game.  I'll be starting from Mayfield's original HP BASIC code for Star Trek, and the Space Trader game will be all original (but based on a classic 80s concept.)

I'm also hoping to develop a Rogue clone. I enjoy me some Rogue on Amiga, PC, Altair... really anywhere I can get it.

That's because it's the best place on planet Earth to live.
