I found a really nice low profile MicroATX case that uses a FlexATX power supply.
It's a SilverStone MILO 11. I would have preferred a white case but this will do.
I found it on Amazon & Newegg for around $75 without the power supply.

It's nice and compact measuring 33cm wide x 11cm tall x 28.5cm deep.
I did have to remove the two USB 3 connectors(they were easy to unscrew) as the cables were really bulky. It does leave small empty holes in the front but it's minimal.
Instead of the Flex ATX power supply, I'm going to just keep using the power brick that came with the Commander X16, and place a plate over the power supply hole and mount the connector to that.
The only thing it needs is an IO shield for the back, (does anyone make them?)
and a large Command x16 branding case back to cover the Silverstone logo. (does anyone make those?)
