New BASIC Circle Example
Added a new Example program for my BASIC Circle routine. Really did this program in preparation for writing BitBlit routine. (I had to have something recognizable to BitBlit) But I realized that it was a really good simple illustration of how to utilize my BASIC Circle routine also. So I posted it there before I start on BitBlit.
