Hello, everyone! I am a young Romanian fella' that has sadly missed the old
days of computing. (The oldest computer to me is an i7-3770!)
The reason why I am interested in this project, is because of the limitations.
The screen resolution, color amount, sound etc. The Commander X16 seems to me
one of the best combinations and I am now learning how to make programs for
it!
Another reason is that I LOVE low-level programming, I find the whole subject
fascinating, and after quite some time on x86, I decided I needed something
new. A CPU designed to have assembly written by humans, making the whole
process even more entertaining.
I am really glad to finally be part of such an awesome community of
retro-like tech enthusiasts!

Welcome. I hope that your X16 experience is enjoyable.
I agree that the whole x86 assembly stuff is inhuman. ? Just 69 instructions, 64 K address space, 8 bit data and 3 registers - what more does one really need?

Hello and welcome, @Slendi! ?
I'm relatively new here, myself, and excited for the possibilities of X16 and it's future generations!
Happy programming, and stay well!
