I am taking development of this game private, as my vision of doing this free and open source is just not working out. I will be starting a campaign soon to fund development of this game as a commercial product, but still having a free demo that will be uploaded and maintained here. Follow this thread for more updates!

P.S. The XCI engine itself, however, will remain free and open source for the foreseeable future. Please feel free to use it for your own games, whether they will be commercial or FOSS.

Another new demo on YouTube:

This is a speedrun through the first two zones of the game, which are now fully programmed, but still with only sketched out graphics. Now, I am going to create polished graphics for this whole section of the game, which will be be published on this site as a free download. Coming after that will be a Patreon/Kickstarter campaign to help finance the completion of the game.
