Well, alrighty, then. The topic is X16 Feature Requests, yet the replies insinuate that I must be grossly amiss for even suggesting it. I sincerely wish you all the best of luck.

'GO64' (and 'GO20') Commands?
Is anyone working on a C128 style 'GO64' command to simplify running C=64 classics on the X16?
(A 'GO20' command for doing the same for VIC-20 classics might have merit too.)

Re: Gen-2 / Phase-2 / X16C plans
It's never been easier than it is today for a consumer to incorporate an upscaler that fits their particular situation/needs. (I have multiple legacy video formats that I upscale to my UHD TV, in different ways, which seems to be the "norm" nowadays.) I'd keep pressing with the current des...

Re: awk or perl-like userland scripting is needed
Interesting discussion... Having been a C-shell/awk programmer in the past fusing disparate legacy data into custom-/purpose- built products, I feel like we are talking pineapples and bananas here, as the reason why Unix shell scripting was "revolutionary" was/is largely based upon scripts...
